How To Run Warcraft 3 In Widescreen Resolution On Mac OS X

This is the simple way that allows you to change Wc3 resolution on Mac OS X.

This is will allow you to run Warcraft 3 in wide resolution.

To change resolution you need to edit Wc3 file in Resource fork (it is like windows registy).

Before you start editing start Warcraft 3 for first time some it can write these setting in Resource fork.

First you need tool to edit setting in Resource fork, i recommend using ResFool.

Now navigate to

~/Library/Preferences/com.blizzard.WarcraftIII

Expand ‘HKEY‘

Edit ‘reswidth‘ and ‘resheight‘, save it and your done.
